What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent education/experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain, and/or Revenue Cycle
- Proficiency in computer programs such as Microsoft Office and information systems
- Knowledge of processes within relevant functions (Human Resources, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain, Revenue Cycle Customer Billing)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work with confidential information
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Problem-solving skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Minimum 1 year of employment history with 6 months at a single employer or 1 year of call center or related customer service experience
- Work from home experience
- Familiarity with healthcare, clinical, administrative, hospitality, retail, or concierge industries
